This project was for the Planning Application for a Clay Target Shooting Ground. The submission was classed as a Major Development by the Council which triggered extensive discussions with third parties and a pre-application consultation (PAC) with local communities which resulted in a public meeting.
The scheme involved:
Access road passing / layby design
Artist impressions of the finished establishment
Location and Layout Plans
Compiling feedback from Acoustic Survey
Developing a Traffic Management Plan
Discussions with third parties such as:
· SEPA
· Forestry Commission
· Scottish Natural Heritage
· Turbine Company
· Public Utilities
Pre-application consultation (PAC) with local communities
Organising a public meeting
Feeding back comments from PAC to the Council

Motor Engineering Workshop

This project was for the extension to a Motor Engineering Workshop to provide increased working area and headroom for ramps.
The scheme has achieved Planning Permission and Building Warrant.

The Client is currently seeking a contractor to manufacture and erect the steel portal frame element.
Training Centre
​
This project was to detail the floor space and general layout of a training centre and a neighbouring rentable office space.
The scheme is currently with the steel portal frame manufacturer for structural design prior to final detailing for Planning Permission and Building Warrant submissions.
